Zeppelin Group starts integration and transformation phase after successful acquisition of PEPP Group BV  Zeppelin

Garching near Munich / Friedrichshafen, June 3, 2025. With the approval of the antitrust authorities, Zeppelin is also taking over responsibility for the distribution, sales and service of MAN engines for the Netherlands and nine additional European countries with immediate effect. MAN Rollo BV is a PEPP Group BV company that previously was owned by the Dutch company Pon Holdings. Following the acquisition of PEPP Group BV, Zeppelin now employs more than 12.000 employees and operates in 29 countries.

Zeppelin is now at the beginning of a transformation and the next stage of the company’s development. The focus of the integration and transformation process is on a more international orientation, a greater customer focus and a future-proof portfolio. For this reason, there are also changes to the organizational structure. From June 2, 2025, Zeppelin is organized in four strategic business units (Construction Equipment, Rental, Power Systems, Plant Engineering).

A central “Post-Merger Integration (PMI) & Transformation Office” has also been set up to manage the integration and transformation in a targeted and effective manner. This plays a key role in the integration of new business units and the overarching coordination of all transformation processes.
